Before you start on your cardio on wheel. Invest in a high quality bike. Because a high quality bike last longer than a cheap bike. No need to buy an overly price bike.And remember to bring a water bottle. You can choose the stationary bike if you are a little busy to cycle outdoor.Always remember stretch when you are done.
- Trampoline
This is a fun and simple exercise. All it takes is a trampoline.Just make sure that you have ample space to do it. Even the kids love it.
