After a few weeks or so. You feel discouraged and stop exercising all together.
And soon you start to think to yourself: “How can I find the time to exercise when I'm so busy with so many things all day long?
Besides, I'm too tired to exercise. I rather just relax on the couch and just watch TV. Or do whatever relaxes me."
